Once you have arrived at the Cemetery, Ty and Danielle are in the Large building at the top of the hill.
As you face the building, go to the far left door and enter, then turn left inside of building, across from fireplace is Ty's and Danielle's resting place. Stop by to visit them and remember all the good times you had together.
